I enjoy meditating and teaching others how to relax and meditate. In today’s hectic workplace, 30 minutes of meditation can do wonders in helping you get through the day. This 30 minutes of relaxation is called a “Power Nap.”
Program: Relax, Refresh, Revitalize
My program “Relax, Refresh, Revitalize” will help you learn how to remove the stress from your body/mind. Your brain will be triggered to move through stress by simply learning to relax. As you learn to relax, your heart gets strong and healthy, and even your immune system is tremendously stronger to fight off germs, illness, and disease. All of this because you learn to relax.
This inspiring program is designed for the staff or corporate leaders of companies. It is also designed for meetings and conventions, organizations and events. This program is designed to teach you to relax. We will perform some relaxation techniques that will teach you how to have a "Power Nap," and you will find that thirty minutes of relaxation can make you feel that you have had a two hour nap. This is a hands-on program with demonstrations on how to "Relax, Refresh and Revitalize."
The Fee for this one hour program is $300 plus airfare and hotel for out of town meetings or $75 for travel within Arkansas.
